Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Facility Management:

  • Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring all facilities including parking are well-maintained and operational.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to deliver results under a changing environment.
  • Adhere to the Operations Audit Calendar and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

Customer Experience:

  • Maintain a professional approach in dealing with customers and promptly resolve complaints or concerns.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance services and improve satisfaction.
  • Stay well-informed about the mall, brands, and ongoing activities to assist customers effectively.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Conduct pre-shift briefings for agency and outsourced staff to ensure smooth floor management.
  • Lead interdepartmental shift meetings to coordinate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Train outsourced staff on grooming, communication skills, and mall-related knowledge.
  • Provide support to other mall functions whenever required.

Adaptability & Compliance:

  • Respond positively to changes and demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Ensure strict adherence to mall rules, regulations, and management policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mall or retail operations management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under dynamic conditions.
  • Knowledge of facility management and operational best practices.
