Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Customer Reception & Engagement

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and guests at the site office or experience center.
  • Ensure a pleasant and professional first impression of Casagrand.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort during their visit.

2. Lead Handling & Coordination

  • Record visitor details accurately in the walk-in register / CRM system.
  • Brief customers on available projects and direct them to respective sales managers.
  • Maintain coordination between the sales and presales team for smooth handover of leads.

3. Communication & Follow-up

  • Make follow-up calls to potential customers post-site visits to gather feedback.
  • Assist in coordinating second visits or discussions with sales executives.
  • Handle customer queries courteously and ensure timely responses.

4. Office & Customer Experience Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Ensure project brochures, display materials, and signages are well arranged and updated.
  • Support in organizing events, site visits, and client meetings.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and submit daily visitor reports and feedback summaries.
  • Maintain inventory of visitor materials (brochures, forms, stationery).
  • Ensure all visitor information and communication is recorded accurately for MIS.
