Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports to: Senior operations manager (UAE) and operations manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telephone Sales Executive to join our Prema team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our range of services, lead generation and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads.

· Clearly explain the company's services related to UAE accounting, VAT/taxation, business setup, documentation, and software solutions.

· Generate leads through various channels and build strong customer relationships.

· Maintain an updated client database and sales tracker.

· Work closely with management to develop and implement sales strategies.

· Understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and close sales effectively.

· Coordinate with the internal operations team for client onboarding and support.

· Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and client engagement.

· Achieve and exceed monthly targets while maintaining a professional approach.

· Represent the company positively and professionally during all client interactions.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience, preferably in accounting, taxation, business consultancy, or software sales.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (fluency in speaking and understanding is mandatory).

· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

· Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.

· Comfortable working in a growing environment — adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn.

· Basic computer knowledge and experience using MS Office, CRM tools, or online lead platforms.

· Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹30,834.01 per month
