We are seeking confident and dynamic Education Counsellor with exceptional communication skills, full of energy and a growth-oriented attitude to join an existing successful team. We offer full comprehensive product and system training.

About The Role:

The Education Counsellor guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalising payment. This includes:

  • Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media; provide detailed info on programs, requirements and financial aid options
  • Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates
  • Receive and process applications, including following up leads, assessing applications, ensuring pre-enrolment information and administration is accurate and converting applications to enrolments.

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute towards problem solving, and the ability to think flexibly and review processes for continuous improvement.

You will also have:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills and the suite of Microsoft applications.
  • Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday.
  • This position provides you with an opportunity to work from home, however, a quiet workspace free from distractions and outside noise is required.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday 5:00 am to 10:30 am
