Lead marketing and growth-focused products for peer-to-peer commerce initiatives. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven product strategies and experiments using tools like Clevertap or MoEngage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for peer-to-peer selling and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data teams to design and implement growth experiments.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to measure campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Drive seamless integrations with customer and seller applications to enhance adoption and retention.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize growth outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong generalist product management skills with proficiency in data analytics.
  • Experience in mobile app and backend product development.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or growth-focused product roles is preferred.
  • B.Tech and MBA preferred.
