Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager based in Gurugram. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality products. The role also involves monitoring product performance, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing necessary improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product development, product lifecycle management, and market research
  • Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and leadership
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with health insurance products and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering or a related field with Premium Institute; MBA preferred
