Role & responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management:
 - Organize and manage the MDs calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
 - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 - Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings with clients, executives, and other stakeholders.
 - Communication and Correspondence:
 - Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
 - Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, prioritizing responses and ensuring that messages are delivered promptly.
 - Draft, review, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations.
 - Confidentiality and Documentation:
 - Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
 - Maintain organized records and filing systems for the MDs documents, contracts, and reports.
 - Meeting Coordination:
 - Organize and attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
 - Prepare briefing materials and provide pre-meeting reports for the MD.
 - Task Management Support:
 - Assist in coordinating tasks and initiatives, working closely with the MD to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
 - Provide administrative support for special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are on track.
 - General Administrative Support:
 - Provide administrative support to other senior executives and departments when needed.
 - Assist in preparation and execution of company events, conferences, and executive meetings.
 - Relationship Management:
 - Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
