eCommerce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :Product Management :

• Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of product roadmaps.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Improve customer experience by implementing customer-centric product Analysis & Data Insights :
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights for marketing, procurement, and product teams.
• Evaluate and refine digital marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies.
• Provide insights to the procurement team on sales trends and improve inventory turnover.
• Use analytics tools (Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Excel) to generate reports and Collaboration & Decision Support :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, and IT) to align product goals with business strategies.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Present insights to leadership teams, helping shape business and product decisions.

Testing & Validation :

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
• Validate new features and improvements against customer needs and business Platforms
• ERP : In-house Oracle-based ERP
• Front-end : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Back-end CMS : Magento 2, PHP, Zend Framework
• Analytics & Reporting : Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Advance Excel (Mandatory)Your Impact :

Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation :

Experience :

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industries is a plus.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL for data analysis and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
