About the Role

As a BI Analyst /
Business Intelligence Analyst
, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure reporting is accurate, optimized, and actionable to support business strategies
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, SQL, and Python.
  • Gather requirements and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance in reporting.
  • Automate recurring reports and support ad-hoc analysis needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of performance tuning.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Previous BI and reporting experience in Marketing or Loyalty preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
