Hiring for USA based big Multinational Company (MNC)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable reports, dashboards, and recommendations.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Design and build data models that support reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data governance and data quality standards.
  • Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Experience with Excel, data modeling, and data visualization best practices.
