About the Role

We are looking for a 
Creative Lead
 to drive the creative vision and execution across branding, campaigns, digital, and experiential projects. As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding a team of designers, editors, writers, and creators to deliver high-impact work that transforms brands and engages audiences.

This role requires a balance of 
creative excellence, strategic thinking, editing expertise, and leadership
—someone who can turn ideas into experiences, while ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and events.
  • Maintain high creative standards while ensuring alignment with client and brand objectives.
  • Bring fresh, trend-forward ideas that push boundaries in design, editing, and storytelling.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team (designers, editors, writers, etc.).
  • Review, refine, and elevate creative output with constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance creative culture.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Translate client needs and strategies into compelling creative solutions.
  • Confidently present and articulate creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business, strategy, and execution teams to ensure creative ideas align with business goals.

Execution & Quality Control

  • Oversee editing and creative production, ensuring top-quality, timely, and consistent output.
  • Stay updated on editing techniques, design trends, digital innovations, and cultural insights to keep our work ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of creative/branding/design experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful creative work.
  • Excellent editing skills
     (video, content, and campaign materials).
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing tools, etc.).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand identity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Good to Have

  • Scripting knowledge
     (for video, motion graphics, or interactive content).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
