Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to concerned departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and presentation.

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and documentation when required.
  • Support HR and operations departments with routine administrative tasks.

Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, courier, maintenance, stationery, etc.).
  • Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee attendance records (if required).
  • Ensure compliance with office safety and facility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette, and customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle work professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
