Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Manage reception area cleanliness and presentation.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and documentation when required.
- Support HR and operations departments with routine administrative tasks.
Office Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, courier, maintenance, stationery, etc.).
- Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain employee attendance records (if required).
- Ensure compliance with office safety and facility standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette, and customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle work professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
