Job Overview

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and prospects.
  • Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with sales and leasing teams for client meetings and property visits.
  • Manage visitor logs, courier handling, and basic office administration.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and data entry as required.
  • Support marketing/CRM teams with client follow-ups when needed.
