Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance executive to manage statutory registrations, company filings, and regulatory compliance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in company incorporation, annual filings, MSME registration, and other statutory compliance processes. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle company registration processes with MCA/ROC.
  • Prepare and file annual returns and statutory forms under the Companies Act.
  • Manage MSME registration, GST registration, and related filings.
  • Maintain compliance records and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
  • Liaise with government departments, auditors, and clients for compliance matters.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers.
  • Stay updated on changes in company law, tax, and compliance regulations.
  • Support clients with ad-hoc compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or related field.
  • Prefer CA articleship completed candidates.
  • Prior experience in company registration and compliance filings preferred.
  • Knowledge of MCA portal, GST portal, and statutory compliance procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional language is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
