We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join our Indian team and contribute towards the compliance and regulatory domain.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and laws, including AML, ESR, VAT Compliance, Corporate Tax Compliance, and other applicable regulations.

Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Keep abreast of changes in regulations and laws pertaining to the industry and ensure that the organization remains in compliance.

Provide guidance and training to staff members on compliance-related matters to ensure a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as management and operations teams to address compliance issues and implement solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during compliance reviews and audits.

Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required by relevant authorities.

Investigate and resolve compliance violations or issues in a timely manner, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in compliance management

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.

Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance ACAMS, CFE Etc.

Proven experience 3 - 4 Years in a compliance role, preferably in [industry/sector] or a related field, with a focus on AML, ESR, VAT Compliance, Corporate Tax Compliance, etc.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to identify compliance risks and develop appropriate strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex compliance issues in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with compliance software/tools is preferred.
Integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct are essential.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
