**Job purpose**

The primary function of the role is to conduct internal and external audits, assessing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Execute thorough internal and external audits in alignment with established audit methodologies.
- Analyze and assess financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending necessary changes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, auditing standards, regulatory -requirements, standard operating process.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial and operational risks, suggesting and implementing strategies for risk mitigation.

**Qualifications**
- CA Intermediate or CMA(India) Intermediate with a completed 3-year practical training, or
- BCom / MCom with 3 years of auditing-related work experience.
- Proven experience in conducting internal or external audits.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
