**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning, execution, and completion of audits.- Support senior auditors in reviewing financial records and internal controls.- Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and reports.- Identify discrepancies, variances, and areas for improvement in financial data.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.- Assist in risk assessments and internal control evaluations.- Maintain accurate and confidential audit records.- Coordinate with different departments to gather financial and operational information.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing or accounting.- Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/audit software.- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with internal audits in construction/real estate/related industries (added advantage).- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
