**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they meet regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and related documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for audits and provide insights on financial management practices.
- Write clear and concise financial reports that summarize audit findings and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records in the general ledger accounting system.
- Support corporate accounting functions by analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAS, tax regulations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent financial report writing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with corporate accounting processes and general ledger accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in auditing or relevant internships is a plus but not required.
