Job Title: Business Development Intern – EdTech (0–1 Year)

Location:

Compensation:
₹15,000 per month (fixed) + Incentives for the first 3 months, followed by Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various communication channels.
  • Represent Unified Mentor's programs during interactive sessions and webinars.
  • Build strong connections with prospects while understanding their career needs.
  • Work with senior colleagues to design strategies that drive business expansion.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and execute sales plans in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage targets and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of sales/BD experience.
  • Ability to engage, convince, and build trust with prospects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious, result-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup ecosystem.
