Role Description

We are seeking a
Business Development Intern
to join our team in
Gurugram
(hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility). This is a full-time internship designed for ambitious candidates eager to gain hands-on exposure in market research, lead generation, business analytics, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting
    data mining and market research
    to identify potential opportunities.
  • Generating and qualifying
    leads
    across target industries.
  • Providing
    analytical support
    for business development initiatives.
  • Assisting with
    client communication and customer service
    tasks.
  • Supporting the
    Business Development team
    in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Contributing to strategic projects and market intelligence efforts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exposure/experience in
    lead generation
    and
    market research

  • Strong ability to
    assimilate data and market intelligence

  • Sharp
    analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in handling
    customer interactions

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or related fields. (Final-year students may also apply, provided they are permitted to work full-time.)
  • Ability to work
    independently
    while thriving in a hybrid environment.
  • Prior exposure or interest in
    strategic planning
    and
    business development
    will be an added advantage.
