  • Organize the set-up and to ensure a smooth and timely handling & assigning of Ticket.

  • Support the University in conducting Online Enrolments.

Onshore support

  • Work collaboratively with (international) partners, executing the tasks assigned.
  • Work effectively with a diverse range of service providers and colleagues

Ad-hoc

  • Taking up any additional tasks assigned by the Stakeholders.

Student Online

Enrolments


• Conduct Online Enrolments as per the schedule in

and update them on the Sharepoint.

Ticketing Queue


• Assigning & Actioning the Ticketing Queue to ensure

that the student queries are handled and resolved or

assigned to the relevant department

  • An fresher Graduate from the passed out years from who hold Provisional and Consolidated documents.
