Job Summary:Our client is looking for experienced, dependable, and self-driven

individuals who can independently manage entire verticals (projects) across multiple

geographies. This role is for professionals who can combine technical expertise, client-facing

communication, vendor coordination, and team leadership, while working in sync with the

MD. This is not just a site-level job. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of a project, from budgeting to billing, from execution to handover.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end project ownership of assigned landscape projects (including infrastructural,

hardscape, MEP, civil, and structural scopes)

Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure aligned expectations

Coordinate and supervise site teams: engineers, horticulturists, supervisors, vendors, and

contractors

Review and finalize estimates, BOQs, and budgets with the MD

Ensure timely execution as per drawings and quality benchmarks

Vendor management for specialized works (stone, lighting, irrigation, etc.)

Bill preparation and clearance coordination with internal accounts and client-side teams

Site visits across India as required for monitoring and reporting

Solve on-ground challenges related to technical, manpower, or logistical issues

Integrate on-ground staff with the core team through thoughtful communication and

engagement

Promote workplace dignity, recognition, and welfare, especially among contract labor

Be a visible and respected cultural custodian across all touchpoints

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering / Technical Background

7-15 years of experience in project execution or construction management

Prior experience in landscape / infra / civil / EPC projects strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, estimation, and BOQ understanding

Excellent people management and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Basic AutoCAD, and coordination tools

Comfortable with Pan-India travel
