**Job Summary**

The position is responsible for supporting the Director -Partnership & Institutionalisation (Vertical-1) to manage and coordinate all new and ongoing program activities and to support the collection and dissemination of required program information. The incumbent is responsible to work closely and supporting the Director -Partnership and Institutionalisation on outreach to external stakeholders, cross-functional team coordination, RFP bidding process, documentation, preparations for meetings, capturing minutes of meetings, program reports, Govt partnership development and tracking program progress etc.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Program Support**
- Responsible for planning program and pilot design and ensuring its proper implementation at the field level.
- Support the Vertical Director in day-to-day management and implementation of the various programs and pilots.
- Sharing the checklist and trackers with the program/pilot and cross-functional team and follow-ups for ensuring its implementation within the estimated timeframe.
- Collaborate with senior management, programs and cross-functional team to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Support the Vertical Director in writing and reviewing various proposals and concept notes to engage partners’ interest and convert them to grant or revenue streams.
- Organize and support meetings including management of all logístical activities related to the meeting such as webinars, and bi/weekly program meetings.
- Support Vertical Director and team in maintaining effective relationships with Govt partners, Agtech partners, NGO partners and FPOs.
- Provide regular program updates to the Vertical Director, proactively highlighting bottlenecks and seeking support for the resolution.

**Development & Strategic Partnerships**
- Assist the Vertical -1 team in conjunction with Vertical Director in identifying industry trends and pursuing strategic partnerships, especially with Govt sector that can scale up DG’s status within the sector.
- Support the Vertical Director in representing DG at professional forums, advocacy/policy working groups, workshops and other events relevant to DG programs.
- Represent the organization in forums, workshops, and meetings with government representatives to discuss collaborative opportunities.
- To liaise effectively with the internal and external stakeholders to support program/pilot deliverables.

**Partner/Donor** Management**
- To support Partners’ visits and accompany them on these visits, if required.
- To prepare consolidated MIS and program reports in the stipulated templates/formats, as per timelines and submit them to Vertical Director for onward review and comments.
- To consolidate all queries and support in prompt resolution of the queries raised by the partner/donor.

**Communications**
- Ensure smooth coordination with Communications, Technology and Program teams to ensure timely and relevant messaging that aligns with strategic objectives and implementation plans.
- Support Communications team in preparation of promotional materials, program summaries and reports as required.

**Documentation & Record keeping**
- Responsible for keeping a record of all reports, trackers, briefings, information sheets and minutes of meetings led by the Vertical Director.
- Ensure timely completion of proposals, reports, and other key deliverables required by institutional partners.
- Ensure all submissions meet internal and external requirements.
- Supporting Vertical Director in raising ERP requests for the program/pilot related work orders etc. and ensuring their submission and processing.
- Share the periodic progress of ongoing activities of the projects and pilot and future plans in line with the DG strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/Master/Management in Agri/allied/social work or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships, collaborate with individuals in a culturally diverse setting and build consensus
- Superior writing ability with experience in RFP/proposal and/or report writing preferred
- Strong oral communication, advocacy and networking skills
- Ability to multi-task while still maintaining a strong sense of focus
- Demonstrated managerial experience and leadership ability
- Highly responsive in approach to help address program needs

**Competencies**
