**Job Description for Program Coordinator**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a program manager to manage our various projects. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs.Supervising and managing project teams.

**Program Manager Responsibilities**
- Planning and designing the programs and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Managing the program's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs.
- Reporting the progress of the programs at regular intervals to COO and Board of Trustees
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project

goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its time line
- Analysing program risks.
- Monitoring &Evaluation
- Reporting program impact

**PREFERRED SKILL SET**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from varied backgrounds, at all management levels
- Ability to coordinate with departments, organize and prioritize workload and adhere to the deadline
- The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ years of professional experience in Program management especially program implementation in social sector
- Graduate/post-graduate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
