Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our

direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for running

performance-driven campaigns, optimizing the website and landing pages, managing CRM

flows (email & WhatsApp), and driving brand-building activities. The ideal candidate will

combine analytical skills with creativity to strengthen Ceres Foods' digital presence and

deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Marketing (DTC Campaigns)

○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms (Meta,

Google, YouTube, etc.).

○ Track and analyze campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and

lifetime value (LTV).

○ Continuously test creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve

performance.

○ Ideate and come up with insight-driven, data driven hooks for ads

  1. Website & Landing Page Optimization

○ Manage and optimize the company website and DTC landing pages for

conversions and user experience.

○ Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve site performance,

navigation, and mobile responsiveness.

○ Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

  1. CRM & Marketing Automation

○ Set up and run CRM flows for email and WhatsApp campaigns.

○ Develop and manage customer segmentation, automated journeys, and

retention strategies.

○ Monitor campaign analytics and refine messaging to improve engagement.

  1. Brand Building & Engagement

○ Execute brand awareness and engagement campaigns across digital and

social channels.

○ Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful

digital storytelling.

○ Leverage influencer marketing, partnerships, and community-building

initiatives.

  1. Analytics & Reporting

○ Track KPIs and prepare daily performance reports across all digital channels.

○ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

○ Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging digital tools.

Candidate Profile

● Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in DTC

campaign management, website optimization, and CRM automation.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email/WhatsApp

automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WebEngage), Google Analytics, and CRO

tools.

● Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and

retention marketing.

● Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, creativity, strong communication, and ability to

manage multiple projects.

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA

preferred.
