About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong international market exposure to lead and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple global regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-border campaigns, understanding regional consumer behavior, and optimizing performance across diverse digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies for international markets
  • Plan and execute global campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Localize campaigns to align with regional cultures, languages, and market trends
  • Manage international digital advertising budgets and ensure optimal ROI
  • Analyze performance metrics across regions and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with regional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee website performance, conversion optimization, and user experience for global audiences
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities in emerging and established markets
  • Stay up to date with global digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in international or multi-market campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems)
  • Proven experience managing budgets and performance across multiple regions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global brands or multinational organizations

  • Knowledge of localization strategies, multilingual campaigns, and cross-cultural marketing

  • Familiarity with international e-commerce or B2B marketing
  • Experience managing external agencies across different countries
  • Additional language skills are a plus
