Job description
Roles & Responsibilities for this position include:
Sales Development Representative. The SDR will work with incoming leads, manage sales processes, and develop new business opportunities. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, qualifying prospects, setting up meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to close deals. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
- Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales
- Excellent Communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Previous experience in the SaaS, jewelry or eCommerce industry is advantageous
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
● Demonstrate the Valigara solution to the client.
● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
● Engaging with existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of products and services
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements for this position include:
● Graduation or Post-Graduation.
● Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
● Exposure to the jewellery manufacturing sector is preferred.
● Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
● Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
● Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
