* HANDLING COMPANY DISTRIBUTORS IN ASSIGNED MARKET WITHIN BRANCH GEOGRAPHY.

* IN CHARGE OF CIGARETTES/FOOD PRODUCTS/STATIONARY/PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS/ Modern Trade

* COMPULSORY MARKET TOURING.

* PREPARES REPORTS AND PLANS AT BRANCH DURING FIRST WEEK OF EVERY MONTH

* REPORTS TO AREA MANAGER

* NO INCENTIVES BUT VARIABLE PAY AT THE END OF EVERY QUARTER BASED ON PERFORMANCE

* RECEIVES TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR EVERY DAY ON TOUR

* UNDER PROBATION FOR ONE WHOLE YEAR

* ADEQUATE TRAINING PROVIDED
