Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding and providing technical details, support and assistance to customers, conducting pre- and post-sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include offering technical expertise during sales presentations, managing customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the AV and IT industry is a plus
