Job Overview

The CRM Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships, sales operations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various touchpoints. The role involves handling daily operations like price updates, dispatch reports, order confirmations, and overseeing ERP systems, while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)

  • Manage client relationships: track active vs. inactive clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and new business development leads.
  • Monitor and resolve pending bargains and ensure timely lifting of loose bargains.
  • Provide clients with updates on any dispatch or delivery delays.
  • Ensure all trucks and tankers are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Maintain client reactivation timelines.
  • Collect payments on time and minimize overdue delays.

Protocols

  • Verify bargains, dispatch reports, and update prices.
  • Investigate and resolve delayed dispatches.
  • Align dispatch and production with inventory and orders.
  • Confirm orders after checking payment terms and stock availability.
  • Monitor tasks and performance via FMS and dashboards.
  • Control overdue payment limits.

Role Tasks

  • Review loose oil transactions and dispatch reports daily.
  • Investigate dispatch delays and take corrective actions.
  • Update product prices and communicate changes.
  • Analyze CRM and sales dashboard performance.
  • Follow up on pending bargains and client conversions.
  • Track reasons for client inactivity and prepare improvement reports.
  • Manage sales for loose oil, focusing on both new business and retention.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics for smooth operations.
  • Verify payment terms, stock, and credit before order confirmation.
  • Support ERP system implementation and integration.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Tally and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of CRM strategies and systems.
  • Knowledge of dispatch, production planning, and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with ERP system functionalities.
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices in CRM and sales operations.

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: 50k – 80k per month
