We're looking for a Social Media Paid Ads Specialist who lives and breathes CAC, CTR, ROAS, and knows how to turn ad dollars into real traction. If you're a performance marketer who can make B2B campaigns as good as B2C reels, you're our kind of person. What

You'll Do:Own end-to-end paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and XPlan, launch, and optimize ads to drive lead generation, event signups, and platform users

Constantly A/B test creative, copy, audience segments, and landing pages

Work with our design team to craft thumb-stopping creatives

Monitor performance and deliver weekly reports on metrics that matter: CPL, CAC, CTR, ROASManage campaign budgets efficiently and advise on scaling winners

Stay up to date on platform changes and performance hacks

Who You Are:3 years of experience in running high-performing paid campaigns on LinkedIn & MetaStrong understanding of B2B funnels, remarketing, and international targeting

Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and conversion-focused

Knows how to write killer ad copy (bonus if you've written for founder/startup audiences)Experienced in tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Hotjar (or similar)Bonus: You've marketed for startup ecosystems, SaaS platforms, or founder-first communities
