Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. You should be data-driven, up-to-date with current social media trends, and able to grow brand presence and drive leads/sales through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and short videos
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, and conversions
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives and ad copies
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets
  • Engage with online community and respond to queries/messages in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or Digital Marketing Executive
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, performance tracking, and analytics
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
  • Video editing skills for reels and short-form content
  • Experience with e-commerce or B2C marketing
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and email marketing tools
