Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager - Students Counselling & Sales. The Manager will be responsible for guiding and counseling prospective students, addressing their queries, and providing information about our courses. Daily tasks also include generating leads, managing inquiries, and converting prospects into enrollments. Additionally, the Manager will be involved in sales planning, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with partners along with student onboarding and administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, counseling, and generating leads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with the make-up and hair industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
