Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Specialist with a strong background in finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support while leveraging their financial expertise to assist clients with financial-related inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the support system.
- Financial Assistance:Provide expert advice on financial products and services.
- Assist customers with financial transactions, account management.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the finance team to resolve complex financial issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and financial tools.
