IT Support Specialist – Mint Service Desk 📍 Remote – Asia Region 🕒 Full-time 🏢 Department: Technical Support / Customer Success About Mint Service Desk Mint Service Desk is an IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Support platform helping organizations worldwide manage tickets, assets, and workflows with ease and flexibility. We’re expanding our global support team and looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to assist our growing customer base. Your Role As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll provide technical assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth daily operation of the Mint Service Desk platform. You’ll troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues, working closely with our development and QA teams. Main responsibilities: - Provide 1st and 2nd line support via email, chat, and remote sessions. - Troubleshoot and resolve software and configuration issues. - Support customers with system setup, upgrades, and integrations. - Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or developers. - Maintain clear documentation and update the knowledge base. - Contribute to improving customer experience and product stability. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical helpdesk, or customer service for IT products. - Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and databases. - Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). - Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach. Nice to have: - Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.). - Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). - ITIL or CompTIA certification.
