Job Description – Real Estate Listing & Online Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Listing & Online Marketing Assistant to manage and optimize our property listings across online real estate platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, , and others. This role will ensure maximum visibility of our projects, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team with accurate and updated property information.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Listing Management

  • Create, upload, and maintain property/project listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, , and other relevant portals.
  • Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand guidelines (project details, amenities, floor plans, pricing, images, videos).
  • Regularly update listings with new offers, price revisions, or construction progress.

2. Content & Media Coordination

  • Write clear, attractive, and SEO-friendly property descriptions.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams/photographers for high-quality photos and videos.
  • Manage creatives and ensure consistent branding across platforms.

3. Lead Management & Reporting

  • Track and share inquiries with the sales team in real time.
  • Maintain a lead tracker with source attribution (platform-wise performance).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on listing activity, lead flow, and ROI.

4. Optimization & Visibility

  • Monitor performance (views, clicks, leads) for each listing.
  • Improve visibility through SEO, keywords, and portal optimization.
  • Manage and coordinate premium listings, paid promotions, and spotlight ads.

5. Market Research & Coordination

  • Benchmark competitor listings (content, pricing, offers).
  • Provide insights to sales/marketing teams for better positioning.
  • Liaise with platform representatives for campaign opportunities and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, online listings, or real estate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, , etc.).
  • Good writing and communication skills (for property descriptions).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and online ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active and updated listings across platforms.
  • Leads generated per platform (quantity & quality).
  • Cost per lead and ROI from paid promotions.
  • Speed & accuracy in updating listings and sharing leads.
  • Improved visibility metrics (views, inquiries, search ranking).

Compensation

  • Fixed salary (based on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
