We are seeking a talented and customer-centric Relationship Officer to join our Digital Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for enriching customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and cross-selling a range of banking products to meet their financial needs. Your primary goal is to deepen customer engagement and increase the bank's wallet share, ensuring a 360-degree approach to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Increase the 811 book portfolio by acquiring new customers and enhancing existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth customers, offering tailored services.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives, lead generation activities, and events to attract prospective clients.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products, including Demat, trading, credit cards, loans, insurance, and mutual funds.
- Prioritize 360-degree customer engagement and ensure a high level of service quality.
- Track and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, aiming for excellent NPS scores.
- Ensure compliance with account opening procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
- MBA/Graduate
- AMFIMBA/Graduate
- AMFI & IRDA Certification an added advantage for customer orientation
- Excellent Interpersonal skills – Written and oral.
- Good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management.
- Customer centric
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
