Role & responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers), software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure & troubleshoot Windows/Linux OS, patch management, and system recovery.
  • Expertise in MS Outlook , Office 365, PST backups, and data recovery.
  • Configure & support desktops, laptops, thin clients, and domain connectivity (TCP/IP).
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Additional Domain Controllers, and Windows Servers (2008R2–2019).
  • Handle OS boot issues, Windows Registry, patching, file & print services.
  • Install, configure & monitor antivirus solutions (Sophos, CrowdStrike, Symantec, McAfee, Kaspersky).
  • Setup & manage RAID servers, NAS, cloud backup solutions, and Wi-Fi devices.
  • Basic knowledge of firewalls (Sophos, FortiGate, SonicWALL) and networking (switches, crimping, testing).
  • Deliver professional support, guide users on applications/peripherals, with strong problem-solving & multitasking skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 4+ years of IT support/administration experience.
  • Strong skills in Windows/Linux OS, MS Outlook & Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of antivirus solutions, networking, and basic firewall management.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
  • Professional, client-focused, and strong in problem-solving & multitasking.
