Hiring a Community Manager for a Co working Space

Location: Panjim

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs to deliver personalised support.

  • Partner with local businesses and organisations to enhance community offerings and engagement.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Drive sales efforts, including upselling and new member acquisition, to meet or exceed

revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.

  • Manage renewals and collections efficiently, ensuring timely payments and high retention rates.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or event spaces to members.

Operations & Vendor Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the space, ensuring it remains professional, clean, and

inspiring.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the workspace by delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Drive client retention by maintaining a high level of member satisfaction through proactive engagement and quick resolution of concerns.

  • Regularly collect feedback to identify areas of improvement in services and member

experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality sales or co-working space management.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an extroverted and approachable personality.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a customer-first mindset.
