Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support sales targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing staff and branch operations
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
