Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our business across Assam and the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales within the real estate or building materials sector, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to independently drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Dealers.
  • Expand and manage the dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue private and government project opportunities.
  • Conduct territory mapping: application-wise, segment-wise, and potential-wise.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide timely market feedback and competitor intelligence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6–7 years of experience in the building materials or real estate.
  • Strong network of architects, contractors, and distributors in the region.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets independently.
  • Based in Central Assam or willing to relocate to Nagaon.
