Job Title: Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Multiple Centers / Cluster Role

Reports To: Regional Operations Head / Co-Founder

CTC: Competitive + Performance Bonus

Job Description The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end operations across multiple WTF Gym centers. This includes managing center performance, staff coordination, service quality, inventory control, facility upkeep, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling both people and processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Center Operations Management

Ensure daily operational standards across multiple gym centers.

Monitor member experience, hygiene, equipment functionality, and service quality.

Conduct daily/weekly audits and maintain compliance with SOPs.

2. Team Management

Manage and support Center Managers, Sales Executives, Trainers, and Housekeeping staff.

Set performance expectations and assist in staffing, scheduling, and training.

Address team concerns and maintain discipline.

3. Sales & Revenue Support

Work with Sales teams to achieve membership and PT revenue targets.

Monitor lead flow, daily conversions, and center performance dashboards.

Support local marketing activities and outreach drives.

4. Facility & Vendor Coordination

Ensure equipment maintenance, AMC follow-ups, repairs, and safety protocols.

Coordinate with vendors for utilities, housekeeping, and gym supplies.

Maintain inventory and ensure no stock shortages.

5. Member Relationship & Issue Resolution

Handle escalations professionally and ensure high member satisfaction.

Implement service improvements based on member feedback.

6. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Ensure adherence to company policies, HR compliance, and safety guidelines.

Track expenses and support budgeting activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership & team management

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Multi-tasking and time management

Knowledge of fitness center operations (preferred)

Data-driven mindset and basic Excel/CRM skills

High ownership and execution capability Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any field; MBA preferred

36 years of operations experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry)

Experience managing multi-location operations is a strong advantage
