Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT Technical Support Executive to manage daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support network setups, and ensure smooth IT functioning across the organisation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with systems, networking, and basic security practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem & Hardware Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners
  • Troubleshoot OS, software, and hardware-related issues
  • Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
  • Manage antivirus, security patches, and system performance

Network & IT Infrastructure

  • Handle LAN/Wi-Fi setup, router configuration, and network troubleshooting
  • Monitor network connectivity and resolve downtime issues
  • Assist with firewall rules, VPN setup, and network security
  • Maintain network devices and IT equipment inventory

User & Access Management

  • Configure email accounts (Outlook/Google Workspace)
  • Manage user access, passwords, and basic admin controls
  • Assist employees with IT support requests and daily technical issues

Software & Server Support

  • Install and configure company software and tools
  • Manage hosting/server-related tasks (basic training provided)
  • Assist with CRM, website backend, and cloud dashboards (if required)

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain IT logs, asset records, and support tickets
  • Create and update IT policies, checklists, and user guides
  • Report system issues and status updates to management

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, CS, Computer Networking, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
  • Strong troubleshooting ability (hardware, network, and software)
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux, and networking basics
  • Understanding of security practices (firewall, antivirus, access control)
  • Good communication and professional behaviour

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Outlook/Office 365
  • Basic understanding of hosting, DNS, and email configurations
  • Knowledge of CCTV, biometric devices, or IP-based systems
  • Experience with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi management
