Position Overview
Looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our unsecured BL Product. To drive the sourcing of MSME unsecured business loans (UBTL) proposals by identifying, onboarding, and managing corporate channels / DSAs in Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with DSA, and would involve generating leads by visiting DSA channels
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new UBTL customers and expand the existing customer base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer queries in DSA.
- Drive monthly & quarterly disbursal targets in alignment with the companys growth objectives.
- Deliver the disbursals targets as defined by management
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 5-7 years of experience (Preferable 2-4 years of field sales experience in B2B sales (experience in retail/MSME lending or in unsecured will be preferred))
- Strong understanding of unsecured business loans
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English
- Meticulous with high integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively
