Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
B2B inquiries
for Maldives packages from travel agents and partners. - Coordinate with
Maldives DMCs, resorts, and suppliers
for rates, availability, and bookings. - Prepare and share
competitive quotations, costings, and itineraries
as per agent requirements. - Ensure timely
confirmation of bookings
, issue vouchers, and manage post-booking operations. - Build and maintain strong
relationships with B2B travel partners
to drive repeat business. - Stay updated with
Maldives resort offers, promotions, and destination developments. - Support the contracting team with
rate benchmarking and supplier negotiations. - Coordinate with the
accounts team
for payments, invoicing, and supplier settlements. - Handle
service issues and escalations
professionally to maintain partner satisfaction. - Maintain and update product and hotel information in the internal database or system.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of
Maldives resorts and DMC operations. - Excellent communication and email handling skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and reservation systems. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple agent requests.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- 1–3 years
of experience in
B2B international operations
, preferably handling
Maldives or island destinations. - Experience working with DMCs, wholesalers, or tour operators is a plus.
