Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    B2B inquiries
    for Maldives packages from travel agents and partners.
  • Coordinate with
    Maldives DMCs, resorts, and suppliers
    for rates, availability, and bookings.
  • Prepare and share
    competitive quotations, costings, and itineraries
    as per agent requirements.
  • Ensure timely
    confirmation of bookings
    , issue vouchers, and manage post-booking operations.
  • Build and maintain strong
    relationships with B2B travel partners
    to drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated with
    Maldives resort offers, promotions, and destination developments.
  • Support the contracting team with
    rate benchmarking and supplier negotiations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in
    B2B international operations
    , preferably handling
    Maldives or island destinations.
  • Experience working with DMCs, wholesalers, or tour operators is a plus.
