Key Responsibilities

  • Handle B2B sales for Maldives travel packages and tailor-made itineraries.

  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs.

  • Manage end-to-end operations — hotel bookings, transfers, quotations, and confirmations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, resorts, and internal teams for seamless execution.

  • Prepare costings, proposals, and destination updates for clients.

  • Stay updated with new resort launches, promotions, and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Maldives destination sales or operations (B2B).

  • Strong knowledge of Maldives resorts and destination logistics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
