PURPOSE

Designation:

Senior Accounts Officer 

PURPOSE

Accounting plays a vital role in running an organization which helps to track income and expenditures, ensure statutory compliance, and provide investors, management, and government with quantitative financial information which can be used in making business decisions.

Goal

1.     Documenting financial transactions

2.     Keen knowledge about GST Refund & Filling process.

3.     Preparing financial statements, Cash flow statements, independent auditor's reports, CARO and other reports related to statutory requirements as per Companies Act, 2013.

4.     Ensured compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to Income Tax and GST. Application for new PAN, TAN, GSTIN registrations. Filing Annual GST returns (GSTR 9 and 9C). Preparing computations and filing ITR for companies, firms and individuals. TDS calculations and filing returns.

5.     Response to notices from GST & PF offices based on their queries if any

6.     Preparing and arranging document for Bank proposal, renewal process with Bank.

7.     Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities

8.     TDS and other statutory liabilities like PT, PF, ESIC etc. Filing returns and maintain records.

9.     Looking after Petty Cash, Handling Daily petty cash Staff welfare expenses.

10.  Preparing financials and maintain payroll.

11.  Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions

12.  Creating, reviewing and presenting budgets

13.  Cooperating with auditors, company secretaries & charted accounts.

14.  Providing guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction and profit maximization

15.  Budget monitoring on regular interval for all projects

16.  Preparing MIS reports

17.  Compiling all the site expenses and handling the petty cash

18.  Raising the fund requirement

19.  Verification of Invoices & Bills

20.  Processing and monitoring LC related work with client as well as associated stake holder.

Knowledge, Experience & Education Required

Accounting --
Knowledge of maintaining accounts, various book of accounts.

Education –
Graduate in commerce  with 4-5 yrs experience, preferred - construction industry with computer & Tally skills.
