Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Purchase Executive
to manage and optimize our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost-effective sourcing, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and reduce lead times.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for quality and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure favourable terms.
  • Oversee purchase orders and track timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyse procurement costs and drive cost-control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Professional certifications (CIPS/CSCP) preferred.
