Purchase Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for materials and services.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms for cost savings.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and track orders.
  • Coordinate with departments to forecast and meet requirements.
  • Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels with stores/warehouse team.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate procurement and cost analysis reports.

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement & supply chain
  • MS Office / ERP proficiency
  • Analytical & detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
