Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive MEP based in Gurgaon. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, and overseeing procurement activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining records of all purchasing activities. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with various departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions
  • Skills in Purchase Management and Procurement
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Knowledge of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
